Income must be at or below 140% of the area median income. The new home must be the primary residence of the owner. Must attest to living or working in Vermont at the time of the application. Must be accepted into the mobile home park by the Park Owner.

As part of a comprehensive response to Vermont's housing affordability crisis, compounded by recent ?ooding, a Mobile Home Unit Task Team (MHU-TT) was assembled to oversee the Rapid Response Mobile Home Infill Program (MHIP) to jumpstart and fast-track Mobile Home lot improvement and home placement within participating Mobile Home Parks to foster affordable homeownership.
