Elevate Youth Services is a community based, non-profit youth and family services organization serving youth and young adult individuals in Washington County and throughout Central Vermont. Provides real supoort, safety and care by offering many programs. Services include recreational activities, counseling, crisis services, substance misuse prevention and treatment services, emergency shelter and life skills education for school and work, and transitional services for young adults returning to the community after being justice involved.
