Hosts community and neighborhood forums that encourage community members to speak out, raise questions, process implications, resolve conflict and, where appropriate, make decisions on issues of significance to the commmunity. Facilitators help groups focus on the task, stimulate constructive debate, and promote equal member participation. Facilitates civil community conversations about difficult issues.

South Burlington Community Justice Center, a member of the Community Justice Network of Vermont, is a non-profit restorative justice organization that works with citizens, local and state government, and law enforcement agencies to provide restorative responses to crime and conflict for the city of South Burlington and the towns of Charlotte and Shelburne. Programs promote restorative practices by increasing community involvement in finding solutions to crime through Reparative Panels, Court Diversion, Conflict Assistance, Community Dialogue, Education and Crime Prevention, as well as Victim Support Services.
