Candidates meet weekly with a certified peer coach, who supports all aspects of an individual's wellness. Job seekers work individually with an account manager to find a good-fit job. Once placed on assignment, they are assigned a peer coach. Both resources offer support to help individuals become successful in their life and long-term career. Typical employment assignments last for five months and turn into full-time positions with the employer upon completion.
