Provides free primary medical care, including management of acute and chronic diseases, physical exams, wellness education, women's clinics, care management, referrals to participating specialists when medically necessary, and assistance obtaining pharmaceuticals. Also provides a community health vending machine which dispenses harm reduction and hygiene supplies located outside on the center's grounds.

Greater Bennington Community Services (GBCS) is a community-based non-profit organization that sponsors programs for low-income residents of Bennington County. Services include a free community clinic, food shelf, financial assistance for food and fuel, and an oral health initiative whose goal is to educate about oral hygiene and increase access to dental services to improve the oral hygiene of the Bennington area community.
