Provides housing search assistance, life skills assessment, training, budgeting, nutrition education, and tenancy skills class which may include some financial assistance. Once placed in permanent housing, individuals with receive ongoing support to help them maintain housing.

Newport Community and Social Justice Center, a department of NEKCA, is a non-profit restorative justice program that works with citizens, local and state government, and law enforcement agencies to provide restorative responses to crime and conflict for Orleans and Northern Essex Counties. Programs promote restorative practices by increasing community involvement in finding solutions to crime through Reparative Panels, Court Diversion, Conflict Assistance, Community Dialogue, Education and Crime Prevention, as well as Victim Support Services.
