Client must not be receiving a holiday basket from any other organization; Gift Program: Children Birth to Age 12; Individual families may apply or referrals also may be made by local churches and agencies.
Monday-Friday: 10:00am-3:00pm at food shelf and thrift store Applications are accepted during the month of November during thrift store hours or applications may be submitted online. Deadline for return of applications is November 21, 2025

Black River Good Neighbor Services is a non-profit organization that assists low-to- moderate-income residents of Belmont, Cavendish, Ludlow, Mount Holly, Plymouth and Proctorsville with basic needs and resources. Services include food shelf, provision of weekday community meals, USDA food commodity distribution and drop-off, thrift shop, used furniture store, emergency and disaster financial assistance, back-to-school supplies, memory cafe for people with dementia and their caregivers, and a holiday gift program.
