Provides community food shelf services. Personal care items may be available depending on donations. Also provides a special holiday food distribution with ham or turkey and all the fixings.

COMMUNITY ACTION SERVICE TEAM
The Community Action Service Team (CAST) is a non-profit collaboration of Waterbury churches, businesses, and community organizations that supports the Waterbury Common Market (aka Waterbury Area Food Shelf) and the Waterbury Good Neighbor Fund. Services provided to community members of participating towns are the provision of an emergency food shelf and an emergency financial assistance program.
