Coordinates/Provides transportation to medical appointments, as well as dental, vision, counseling, prescription pick-up, and other covered transportation services for eligible Medicaid recipients. Offers volunteer driving opportunities. Vehicle Exception and Physician Referral forms may both be downloaded from the website. Hardship Reimbursement pays for a portion of medical transportation mileage; must be traveling over 50 miles each week or over 215 miles each month. Windsor Region (formerly Stagecoach Transportation Services) is a public transportation provider whose services include fixed route bus service along the I-89 and I-91 corridors, "Shopper Routes," Circulator routes in Randolph and Bradford, and local routes in the Orange/Northern Windsor County area. Demand response rides are provided for Medicaid transportation, for older adults and individuals with disabilities, in recovery, or seeking employment.
