The Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is usually a six-session series held in home, school, or community settings. An online nutrition education series, Eat Smart, Move More, is also offered and participants can access lessons at their own pace while receiving one-on-one support from their closest EFNEP Educator via phone calls, zoom meetings, and emails.
