CROSSROADS | NFI VERMONT
Provides three separate supportive counseling groups, one for adults and two for different adolescent age ranges, which provide training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, which help them cope with difficult and intense emotions. The groups explain the DBT skills in an easy-to-learn manner and help them implement these skills into their everyday lives, enabling them to accept, validate, and tolerate their emotions in a healthy way and replace certain behaviors with new coping skills. Program includes Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Psychiatry Services, Case Management, and 7-day Crisis Support Services. For the adolescent program, both the teen and the caregiver are required to participate. Adolescent program also includes Family Therapy and Family DBT Skills Group.

Adults (Ages 18 and Above); Adolescents (Ages 13-19); Transition-Aged Youth (Ages 18-24); Individuals who have tried a less intensive level of therapy and have not achieved the stability they want, and for individuals demonstrating an escalation of behaviors that could lead to hospitalization, or as a step down from an inpatient or residential setting
