Provides Peer Support, a service delivery distinct from traditional mental health services. The Pathways Vermont Peer Support Center is staffed by trained individuals who identify as having lived experience with issues such as mental health crises, trauma, substance use, and homelessness. Currently offerd flexible individual peer support services, meeting one-on-one with folks in person or remotely. Also offer in-person and virtual support groups.

Pathways Vermont is a non-profit organization whose mission is to end homelessness and provide innovative mental health alternatives. Pathways offers Permanent Supportive Housing and services in 7 Vermont counties, and a Rapid Rehousing team in Chittenden County. Pathways Vermont offers connection with peers who have experienced their own mental health challenges via a 24/7 Support Line. The agency also offers a 5-bed Therapeutic Community residence, Soteria House, for young adults experiencing early episode psychosis. In addition, it provides a short-term peer respite residence, Rosewoood Cottage.
