Helps eligible parents earn two- or four-year undergraduate college degrees with the goal of getting good paying jobs so they can support their families. The program provides monthly cash payments, support services, help with childcare, transportation, and school supplies, and may provide benefits through Reach Ahead if the parent is working and the PSE grant closes.
