Description

Provides assessment and treatment for opiate addiction. Services include screening intake, assessment, treatment planning, medically supervised withdrawal, counseling services, case management and referral, medical services, discharge planning, and follow-up. Also provides a community health vending machine which dispenses Narcan located outside on the center's grounds. If in need of urgent assistance, or treatment, ok to leave a phone message or text after business hours.
