Products may include refrigerators, clothes washers, water heaters, dehumidifiers, and energy-saving products, including low-flow shower heads, faucet aerators, and LEDs. Eligibility is determined through a phone screening from Efficiency Vermont.

Efficiency Vermont is Vermont's energy efficiency utility, providing information, technical assistance, and financial incentives to help Vermonters identify and pay for cost-effective approaches to energy-efficient building design, construction, renovation, equipment, lighting, and appliances in homes and businesses. Efficiency Vermont is administered by the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC), an independent non-profit energy services organization under contract to the Vermont Public Utility Commission.
