Provides flexible on-demand public transit within and beyond Windsor town boundaries. The routes served are along Routes 5 and 131 to the Exit 8 Park & Ride (including the Country Estates Mobile Home Park) and along Route 5 to the Hartland Public Library. It also connects Windsor-area residents to its Route 101 Shopper Route on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. Pick up and delivery is curb-to-curb.
