Allows people to request an absentee ballot, and view a sample ballot for an upcoming election. Also offers an accessible voting system to Vermont voters with a disability. The Vermont Secretary of State's Office oversees Vermont's elections and notaries public, administers the licensing of Vermont businesses and the filing of the Universal Commercial Code (UCC) financing statements, regulates numerous occupations and professions in the state, is responsible for Vermont's Safe at Home Address Confidentiality Program for victims of domestic violence, and is the custodian of many of Vermont's government records, including the state's historical records.
