Mentees: Women transitioning out of the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility, on DOC supervision in community and women in pre-trial services like the Treatment Court; Mentors: Women Age 18 and Older

Offers a program where trained volunteer women (mentors) provide support to women reintegrating to the community after incarceration. The program is a collaboration with the Vermont Department of Corrections and other community partners and grantors.
