FARMLAND ACCESS PROGRAM | VERMONT LAND TRUST
Provides farmers with opportunities to purchase or lease affordable farmland so that they can start up or expand agricultural businesses. Helps conserve farmland for long-term productive use. Primary focus is on farms producing food and fiber that would use at least 25 acres of productive land. The Program maintains a list of people looking for farm ownership or lease opportunities. The farm-seeker list is contacted as soon as affordable farms come up for sale.

Vermont Land Trust (VLT) is a statewide, member-supported, nonprofit land conservation organization that works with individuals, organizations, and communities to conserve land for the future of Vermont. VLT also provides technical and legal assistance to individuals, communities, and local land trusts in Vermont to help them achieve local conservation objectives.
