Homeowners with income equal or less than 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines AND no heat due to heating system failure or malfunction, or unsafe heating system operation; Cannot accept "Out of Fuel" calls

Repairs or replaces the home's PRIMARY source of heat. This may include a boiler, electric heater, fireplace, furnace, heat pump, pellet stove, or woodstove.
