Homeowners with income equal or less than 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines AND no heat due to heating system failure or malfunction, or unsafe heating system operation; Cannot accept "Out of Fuel" calls

AFTER HOURS: Weekdays: 5:00pm-10:00pm and WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS: 8:30am-4:00pm
