Description

Provides occasional nursing and rehabilitative therapies in the patient's home. Skilled Nursing Services include nursing care, case management, and client and family education. Licensed Nurse Assistants provide home health assistance, including personal care assistance, light housekeeping, and help with normal daily living activities.
