Application process
- By Telephone: GMP customers MUST contact BROC Community Action as soon as they receive the disconnect notice and make arrangements BEFORE the first possible shut-off notice date (found on disconnect notice)
- May be applied for once per calendar year

Provides financial assistance to help Green Mountain Power (GMP) customers pay their bill when they have received a disconnect notice. Part of the bill will be paid by the program, and payment arrangements will be made for the balance.
