Adults age 18 and older with permanent and severe disability and require attendant services for at least two activities of daily living in order to remain in their homes; must be capable of directing their attendant care services.

Provides funding to hire someone to help with activities of daily. Activities covered include bathing, getting dressed and eating. Payroll and employer services provided through ARIS Solutions.
