Counseling can be arranged to take place at the Elevate's office in Berlin, at area schools, in family homes, or at other appropriate locations. Referrals to other community resources are also provided to youth and families when needed.

Provides real supoort, safety and care by offering many programs. Services include recreational activities, counseling, crisis services, substance misuse prevention and treatment services, emergency shelter and life skills education for school and work, and transitional services for young adults returning to the community after being justice involved.
