Black River Good Neighbor Services is a non-profit organization that assists low-to- moderate-income residents of Belmont, Cavendish, Ludlow, Mount Holly, Plymouth and Proctorsville with basic needs and resources. Services include food shelf, provision of weekday community meals, USDA food commodity distribution and drop-off, thrift shop, used furniture store, emergency and disaster financial assistance, back-to-school supplies, memory cafe for people with dementia and their caregivers, and a holiday gift program.
