Vermonters are served out of two Habit OpCo offices -one in Brattleboro and one in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Services include screening intake, assessment, treatment planning, methadone maintenance and medically supervised withdrawal, counseling services, case management and referral, medical service, discharge planning and follow-up, and a Naloxone (Narcan) program.
