Provides patient-centered physical and mental health care delivered by a team of primary care and mental health clinicians. Services include acute injury and illness treatment, mental health and substance abuse counseling, free/low cost medications, financial assistance, and confidential HIV and other STD testing. Also provides consultations and eligibility support for State and Federal Benefits and low-cost drug manufacturer discount programs.

Special services include telephone-based interpreter assistance, obstetrical and prenatal care, prescription assistance and a sliding fee scale.
