Offers a confidential, non-judgmental call and texting support service for Vermonters who are struggling and/or wanting to connect. Service is provided by individuals who have themselves struggled with mental health challenges and/or substance use disorders. Call length is not limited and staff provide listening, connection, and meaningful conversations.

PATHWAYS VERMONT
Pathways Vermont is a non-profit organization whose mission is to end homelessness and provide innovative mental health alternatives. Pathways offers Permanent Supportive Housing and services in 7 Vermont counties, and a Rapid Rehousing team in Chittenden County. Pathways Vermont offers connection with peers who have experienced their own mental health challenges via a 24/7 Support Line. The agency also offers a 5-bed Therapeutic Community residence, Soteria House, for young adults experiencing early episode psychosis. In addition, it provides a short-term peer respite residence, Rosewoood Cottage.
