Offers a victim centered, pre-charge offender program that provides an opportunity to the offender to participate in an out-of-court process that, upon successful completion, will result in no legal charge being brought against them. Successful participants avoid having a criminal conviction.

Lamoille Restorative Center is a non-profit community restorative justice agency that offers alternatives to the formal court process through provision of intervention services using restorative justice practices. Programs for residents of Lamoille County include Court Diversion, Reparative Justice, Community Support Project, Diversion Drivers License Reinstatement Program, Safe Driving Program, Juvenile Restorative Probation Program, Youth Substance Abuse Safety Program.
