Description
Provides representation to individuals in the custody of the Commissioner of Corrections. Provides representation to juveniles in delinquency proceedings, and to parties in juvenile proceedings including children in need of care and supervision (CHINS) and termination of parental rights cases. Individuals in extradition, probation or parole revocation proceedings are also represented.
