SERVICES TO ARMED FORCES | AMERICAN RED CROSS - NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND REGION
Provides social services that include Information and Referral for families who are separated and/or have relocated, and Emergency Communication Services that, in family emergency cases such as critical accident, illness or death, will verify the situation and relay an emergency leave request to military authorities. Provides Health and Wellness Inquiries Services that allow for worldwide communications to report on the welfare of a service member. Service Members and their families can now use one toll-free number to send an urgent message to a Service Member on active duty status. And, the American Red Cross will continue to offer the assistance of its Emergency Communication Service, provided at every chapter.
