Provides energy conservation services that improve efficiency, comfort, safety and save money on fuel. Includes a thorough inspection of a home to pinpoint areas where energy loss is the greatest and provides the needed improvements. Works on reducing drafts, installing insulation, repairing heating systems, caulking, and improving indoor air quality.

Capstone Community Action is a regional community action agency that provides a continuum of case management services, advocacy and assistance to help move families, in over 56 towns located primarily in Washington, Lamoille and Orange Counties, from anti-poverty to self-sufficiency. Programs and services include case management and advocacy, Early Head Start/Head Start, food programs, homelessness prevention, transportation assistance, emergency fuel assistance, weatherization information and assistance, small business development, individual development accounts, and tax preparation assistance.
