Description

Encourages caregivers to practice good self-care and assists them in learning about resources that provide respite and enhance caregiving. This program also uses teaching strategies to reduce the stress of caregiving, work successfully with challenging behaviors, and develop good boundary-setting skills.

Community Care Network - Rutland Mental Health Services (CCN) is the designated community mental health agency contracted by the Vermont Department of Mental Health to serve the residents of Rutland County.It offers a range of programs providing treatment for behavioral health, developmental disabilities, substance use & recovery, as well as residential services. CCN provides acute and long-term behavioral health care services to people who experience a wide range of behavioral and mental health challenges.
