Description

Provides a 25% discount off the monthly charge for energy use (regardless of what the electricity is used for). This is an ongoing program with no time limit. Applicants must re-apply each year. The program also offers ongoing arrears forgiveness for NEW ENROLLEES. Once enrolled in the program, you must call to report any changes to your household income or household members within 10 business days. Failure to report changes will make you ineligible for the program and may result in legal action against you for discounts improperly received.
