Description
Issues medical marijuana licenses to protect patients from state criminal penalties for using marijuana to relieve the symptoms or effects of a debilitating medical condition. Also maintains a list of medical dispensaries, as well as a way to submit a complaint about adult-use cannabis establishments. Registered users or their caregivers may grow marijuana for medical use, but must still be registered. The possession limit is no more than two mature marijuana plants, seven immature plants, and two ounces of usable marijuana.
