CHARTER HOUSE COALITION

Charter House Coalition is a non-profit organization providing emergency housing for individuals who are experiencing homelessness or precariously housed. Charter House also provides take-out meals every day of the year, free clothing and winter wear upon request, and offers on site outreach, and on going case management services as needed.
