ANIMAL SAFETY NET PROGRAM | NORTH COUNTRY ANIMAL LEAGUE
Provides temporary shelter for pets during times of crisis and transition, maintaining pet owner's confidentiality, in partnership with homeless, domestic violence, and other local human services organizations. Services include sheltering, feeding, vaccines, and spay/neuter surgery. All program participants will work with NCAL’s Shelter Director upon intake. Together, they will assess the unique circumstances of each case, determining the appropriate length of stay and tailoring support services to meet the specific needs of the individuals and their pets.
