Description

Provides transition planning, case management, and instruction in life skills including self-sufficiency with transportation, post-secondary education support, employment skills, budgeting and financial management, housing education, communication strategies, health education, and risk reduction.

Spectrum Youth & Family Services is a non-profit youth and family services agency serving Chittenden County. Some programs also serve Franklin, Grand Isle, and Lamoille counties. Services and programs include two drop-in youth resource centers; a nightly shelter, mental health and substance abuse counseling for youth and families; youth shelter; transitional housing and support services for youth; education case management; and supported employment.
