Provides a crisis stabilization and hospital diversion program. Also provides crisis respite to help individuals with psychiatric disabilities to remain in the community and assists clients who are leaving an inpatient setting to transition back into the community.

It provides acute and long-term care services to people with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and other mental health issues, substance use disorders, and/or developmental challenges. Services include emergency and crisis intervention services for adults, children, adolescents, and their families; substance use disorder treatment services in Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties; alternative education programs; and community-based developmental services.
