Description

Provides older residents with daily check-in calls from the dispatcher. If no answer after repeated calls, and recipient has not previously indicated being away, a listed first responder or a law enforcement officer will be dispatched to check. Service requires a copy of the home key. Call will be made at a prearranged time every day, or days specified. This service does not take the place of, or interfere with, Lifeline, Lifephone, or similar personal emergency services.
