Provides assessment and treatment for opiate addiction. Services include screening intake, assessment, treatment planning, medically supervised withdrawal, counseling services, case management and referral, medical services, discharge planning and follow-up. Also provides harm reduction kits that include Narcan, Fentanyl test strips, and CPR mouth shield.

UCS provides behavioral health care services and substance abuse treatment, including emergency and crisis intervention services for adults, children, adolescents and their families.
