DEMAND RESPONSE | RCT
Provides flexibly scheduled and routed door-to-door (or curb-to-curb) transportation services. Coordinates and provides non-emergency medical transportation to health and wellness appointments, including for individuals who do not qualify for Medicaid or Senior Rides transportation programs. Offers transportation for individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorder to support groups, job training and access, recovery centers, drug testing, and other services. Provides transportation service to and from areas outside of the Northeast Kingdom and the state, provided the client prepays the negotiated cost of the trip(s). Offers volunteer driver opportunities.
