C.I.D.E.R. (Champlain Islanders Developing Essential Resources) is a private, non-profit organization that supports the independence of elders and people with disabilities in Grand Isle County with a range of services provided by community volunteers. Services include transportation, congregate meals and home-delivered meals, home accessibility projects, wellness programs, durable medical equipment lending closet, and community education.
