YOUTH SAFETY NET SERVICES | CLARA MARTIN CENTER

Provides community-based supports to assist youth with successful transition to adulthood. Provides youth not sleeping at home services that include provision of shelter homes while team intervention helps to resolve issues of conflict or stress. Offers intensive support programs to facilitate skills development in community-based and home settings. Respite Services provide hourly and overnight mentoring and supervision to enhance family functioning. Emergency overnight respite alleviates stressors impacting client and family functioning.

Clara Martin Center is the designated community mental health agency for Orange County under contract with Vermont Department of Mental Health to provide acute and long-term mental health care services to people with a wide range of emotional, behavioral and other mental health problems. The Center provides behavioral health care services and substance use treatment, including emergency and crisis intervention services for adults, children, adolescents and their families.
