Provides in-home visitation by a registered nurse to women during pregnancy and following delivery for a mutually agreed upon period of time. Services provided to the family during this time are decided upon in partnership with the family and are particular to each family's needs and desires. Services may include healthy pregnancy information, prenatal nutrition counseling, early childhood development information, parenting education, home safety information, as well as referrals to healthcare, childcare, continuing education, job training, and other community support services.

Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice is a non-profit, Medicare-certified home health agency delivering services to Central Vermonters of all ages. Care is provided to adults who need in-home assistance, rehabilitation, long term care, or end-of-life care, as well as to critically ill children and to vulnerable young families. Services include Home Care, Hospice Care, Palliative Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitative Therapies, Maternal Child Health Services, Pediatric Nursing, and Private Duty Nursing Services. CVHHH also promotes the general welfare of the residents through health promotion outreach and community wellness programs.
