Pick up a paper copy at local agencies; Print off application from FB page; Mail back completed application through US mail. (No emails) Deadline: November 21, 2025; Applications accepted after this date will be filled if possible.

Provides a holiday gift program. Paper applications can also be picked up at Orange County Parent Child Center and schools in town. To be eligible you should not be served by another gift program. Parents/Guardian must complete and sign this application.
