  • About NAMI Vermont: An introduction to who and what NAMI Vermont is, including how we operate and what services we provide.
-Ending the Silence: A 50-minute educational presentation usually delivered to middle- and high- school students. This focuses on key information about mental health, healthy coping strategies, warning signs to watch for, and what students should do if they notice warning signs in themselves or others. -In Our Own Voice: Presenters who are living in recovery with a mental health condition share their story, following a format of What Happened, What Helps, and What's Next, ending on a note of hope. -Family Voices: Presenters who are family members of individuals with a mental health condition share the story of their experience from their perspective as a family member, following a format of Challenges, Supports, and Hopes & Dreams. Presentations always end with hope for the future.
