Individuals whose drivers' licenses have been suspended; Individuals who have lost their licenses as a result of a DUI or certain other serious offenses are not eligible.

Assists individuals with regaining their licenses while they are paying off fines and fees. Program participants work with diversion staff to develop contracts that include a payment plan. Participants must satisfy the Vermont Judicial Bureau and the Department of Motor Vehicles requirements. Successful completion of program leads to criminal charges being dismissed.

WCDP runs six separate programs, including adult and youth Court Diversion, Youth Substance Abuse Safety program, and Balanced and Restorative Justice programs.
