NEIGHBOR TO NEIGHBOR | INTERFAITH COUNCIL OF THE NORTHSHIRE

Provides services to help people remain independent in their own homes. The Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) program's services include friendly visits, transportation to appointments, running errands, and doing small jobs around the house and garden. N2N also sponsors social events that keep people connected. Program does NOT provide any medical or financial assistance. Office is located on the first floor of the First Congregational Church building in Manchester.

Telephone to set appointment for initial home visit and assessment. Individuals must register with the program to access services. There is no cost to register.
